Before you buy this, from us or anyone
This case is made and shipped from China. Stowmade is the US seller responsible for your order. Here is what we do, and the questions worth asking of any listing, including this one.
What we do
- Trade as a named US company, Hubtrade, LLC, with an address printed on every policy page
- Take returns for thirty days for any reason, with no restocking fee. If it arrived damaged or wrong we pay the return postage; if you simply changed your mind, you do
- Publish an email address we monitor, and answer it
- Put the delivery window on this page before you pay, counting the packing days as well as the transit
- Use photographs edited from the maker's own, with supplier text and other brands' logos taken out
- Show the price for one, two or three and nothing else. No countdown timer, no invented compare-at price, no invented review count
Worth checking anywhere
- Who is the seller? Look for a company name and a real address you can look up
- Where does a return actually go, how long have you got, and who pays the postage
- Does the delivery estimate include the days before the parcel is handed to a carrier, or only the transit
- Do the photographs show the exact colour you are ordering, and is there text burned into them
- Is there an email address, and does a reply come back
- Reload the page. If the discount and the timer reset, the sale is the normal price
We are not going to be quicker than a warehouse down the road from you. What we can tell you is who we are, and exactly what our shipping and returns policies say before you pay.
