These terms govern your use of stowmade.com and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. The site is operated by Hubtrade, LLC, trading as Stowmade.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include free US shipping. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout.
Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; colours can vary between screens, and minor variation between units is normal for manufactured goods. If what arrives is not substantially what was described, our refund policy applies.

Your account and conduct
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
